Ultimate Collectibles Fair

By submitting a vendor application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Vendor Fees

All vendor booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Booth spaces may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without prior written approval from Apex Collectibles.

2. Booth Assignment

Booth assignments are determined solely by Apex Collectibles and are subject to change if necessary for event operations, safety, or logistical needs.

3. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for the setup, operation, supervision, and breakdown of their booth, including all merchandise, equipment, displays, cash, and personal belongings. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or insurance required for their business and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Vendors participate in the event at their own risk. Apex Collectibles, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and the event venue, New Manchester Center, shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, illness, business interruption, lost profits, or any other claim arising before, during, or after the event. Vendors assume full responsibility for the security and protection of their property and business operations.

5. Vendor Conduct

Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Apex Collectibles reserves the right to deny entry or remove any vendor, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with the standards of the event.

6. Event Changes

Apex Collectibles reserves the right to modify the event layout, booth assignments, operating hours, or other event details as necessary. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Apex Collectibles, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen events, Apex Collectibles shall not be held liable for resulting changes, delays, postponements, or cancellations.

7. Scam Awareness

Vendors are responsible for verifying all communications regarding the event. Apex Collectibles will never request payment through unauthorized individuals or unofficial payment accounts. Apex Collectibles is not responsible for payments sent to fraudulent accounts or scammers. Only submit payments using official payment methods provided directly by Apex Collectibles.

8. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Collectibles, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and New Manchester Center from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation, products, services, or actions during the event.

9. Agreement

Submission of a vendor application and payment constitutes the vendor's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
